Arsenal – The Official Newsletter
The last seven days at Emirates Stadium
On the pitch On the pitch… Arsenal are out of the Champions League after losing 6-3 on aggregate to Barcelona. The Gunners fought back to draw the first leg but were beaten by Lionel Messi's masterclass in the Nou Camp. However, Arsenal are still in the title race after a last-gasp win over Wolves. The Reserves own title hopes are hanging by a thread after a 1-1 draw at Villa but the Ladies have reached the FA Women's Cup Final.
Off the pitch Off the pitch… There was bad news on the injury front as Cesc Fabregas was ruled out for the rest of the season while William Gallas and Andrey Arshavin are also sidelined for a number of weeks. Off the pitch Arsenal announced five new arrivals and the Junior Gunners are being given the chance to camp on the Emirates Stadium pitch. Finally, Arsenal fans voted for their March Goal of the Month.
